Prince Siddhartha, walks on Seuen Lotuses immed iately after his dirth
Mid-way between the cities of Kapilavastu and Devadaha, there stood a Pleasure Park called Lumdini. Eachsummer People of the cities foregathered in this Park for rest and recreation in the shade of Sala trees. They enjoyed the sight of the trees in bloom, the warbling cf birds and the hum of bees.
Queen Maya arrived at Lumbini Pleasure Park . on Friday the 15th of june-the Full Moon day. (This is according to thr Thai tradition) in terms of the Solar Calendar, this Day is identical with the Full-Moon Day of the month of May . As the heat of the day began to increase, Queen Maya ordered the Officials to break journey to enable Her to rest awhile in the shade of trees Soon ,the Queen gave birth to a son.
